Potato Tuber Moth

SYMPTOMS

Surface Entry Holes: Adult moths lay eggs on the surface of potato tubers, and the larvae burrow into the tubers, leaving small holes or entry wounds. Internal Feeding: Larvae feed on the inside of the tuber, creating tunnels that can lead to significant tissue damage, reducing the quality and marketability of the potatoes.
