1. Who We Are
Katyayani Organics is a brand of Katyayani Organics Private Limited, registered at E-7 Extension, Shahpura, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462016.
We decide how your data is used, which makes us the data fiduciary under the Act.
2. What We Collect
2.1 You give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address, state, and what you order.
2.2 We record automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time spent.
2.3 Payments. Card, UPI and banking details go straight to our payment gateway. We never see or store them.
2.4 Refunds. For a cash-on-delivery refund we collect bank account details and a cancelled cheque or passbook page, used only for that refund.

- To answer your questions and give agronomy advice
- To send order updates
- To send offers and farming tips where you have agreed
- To improve the website
- To meet legal and tax obligations
4. Who We Share With
We do not sell your data.
We share it only with couriers, payment gateways, SMS and WhatsApp providers, and our IT and analytics providers, each limited to what their job needs. We also share where the law requires it.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and language, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete them in your browser. Blocking them may stop parts of the site working.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting. No system on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute safety, but we will tell you and the Data Protection Board without delay if a breach affects your data.
8. Your Rights
Under the Act you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold and who we shared it with
- Correct anything wrong or out of date
- Delete your data where we no longer need it
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Nominate someone to act for you if you cannot
To use any of these, email privacy@katyayaniorganics.com. We reply within a week.
To stop promotional messages, reply STOP to any message or email us. Messages about an order you placed will continue.

We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days. If you are still not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We may update this policy. The version that applies is the one published here, shown by the last-updated date above. We will tell you by email or a site notice before any significant change takes effect.
